Refund Guidelines
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items should not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Please use this label to return the product. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documents. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
